Independent Food Critic: Riscky's Steakhouse (Fort Worth, TX)

This is the 5th review for February got to went to a Steakhouse in Texas that is right over in Fort Worth right around the Stockyards it is a old west theme look to it. That I had a form of a type of steak that is chicken fried steak mostly fried meat that is not chicken if it were chicken. Had a top of the tomato basil it was good. Mostly the chicken fried steak was really big mostly something that is Texas size. Top with white gravy. It was mostly over crispy and tandoori had a side of mashed potatoes and gravy. Mostly the steaks are much better had a form of a type of steak in Texas beside having beef brisket and it was really big that I had lift overs. For this place 1 out of 5 I give it a 4 out of 5.

Independent Food Critic: Butter's Mathis, TX

I finally have some beef brisket in Texas that had also had other meats with the 3rd wheel platter that also came with pork ribs, sausage and turkey it was really good mostly the beef brisket was really tender and soft it was good as the same with the other meats on the platter after all. It is a small BBQ shack in a small Texas town not any thing fancy about it still is worth going to for the Texas BBQ that I had went to in Texas after all. It is one of the Top 25 BBQ places in Texas after all for Butter's 1 out of 5 I give it a 4 out of 5.

Independent Food Critic: Thirsty Thursday Big Red

It is a Thursday where I share a drink to you for Thirsty Thursday that it is on Big Red not writing abou the type of gum to be able to kiss a girl it is a soda mostly known in Texas where it came from been sweet since 1937 that used the big bottle since things are big in Texas. Mostly really sweet taste like Barq's Red Cream soda that it is mostly from Pepsi or Dr Pepper brand of this that can find all over in Texas and even in the state of Kansas that it had been my on the road soda now. Still mostly more to the Barq's Red Cream soda. Mostly it is still February from now that do think of the color red during this month and share something that is red during this month and Also have Big Blue that will be another Thirsty Thursday for that. Big Red is a popular drink especially in Texas where it is known for and BIG in the title say that things are bigger in Texas. independent Food Critic: Ausländer (Fredericksburg, TX)

This is my 3rd review for the month of February where we had ate at a German place over in Fredericksburg, TX that has a German look inside that I had they're chicken schnitzel had spaetzle and fries with it that mostly the chicken schnitzel it is breaded and fried like a chicken fried steak it was crunchy still pretty good. Have it with gravy to top it off that the spaetzle was good mostly did not was homemade. This place is recommended if you want German food in a German community in TX. For this place 1 out of 5 I give it a 4 out of 5. 

more reviews and post soon got something kinda like chicken fried steak in Texas. Still want to go to a barbecue place for brisket. For now keep on eating and viewing.

Independent Food Critic: Peppers New Mexican Cafè and Bar (Las Cruces, NM)

This is my 2nd review in the month of February that it is in New Mexico it is a really fancy Mexican Place that has a weathering in the center that is located in the Mesilla Shopping Plaza in Los Cruise New Mexico. The food was pretty good that stated off with chips that they where homemade that we're really warm and fresh. Had the salsa was homemade mostly in chunks and spicy. Had guacamole it was good mostly homemade. The main course I had was the BBQ Pork Billy's tacos that it was pork chunks with BBQ Sauce had it with flower softshell. It was good mostly like cut up ribs a coating of barbecue sauce in a tortilleria as a taco. Had rice and black beans as the side. Not the mostly feeling thing I had also had a brownie for dessert that has a white cream sauce in cherries in between like a sandwich. It was really good made that more feeling with it. Mostly for this place is to stop by if you are in Mesilla Plaza in Los Cruise New Mexico. That is really fancy with chandeliers in it. Might be other place better after all for Peppers 1 out of 5 I give it a 4 out of 5.

Independent Food Critic Thirsty Thursday Barq's Red Cream Soda

It is a Thursday where I share something to drink that it is on Barg's Red Cream Soda. Mostly we all know Barq's is a brand of root beer from Coca-Cola. Do have a red cream soda that is really good it is really creamy and sweet. Can fine it as a fountain drink at Chartroose Caboose over in Lenexa Kansas one of the few locations they have do always get it as my drink when I am at that place. Mostly fine them in bottles or even cans down south mostly in Mississippi, Louisiana and east Texas that is boarder from Louisiana what I noticed that also you can get a Big Red Soda that taste the same mostly like the Barq's Red Cream Soda. It is the month of February that mostly I think of the color red during this month that is why I would share something red to drink. Still on the RV Trip into Texas right now. More times can fine a Barq's Root Beet and it is really rare to fine a Red Cream Soda of it. That a Big Red Soda can do. More post's soon will be publish and for now keep on drinking and viewing!   

Independent Food Critic: Blackbeards (South Padre island, TX)

This is the first post and review for the month of February of this year where it is another sea food place in Texas that is close to the gulf this one is in South Padre Island. The place was really fine mostly a sea food place that also has steak. Did not had that as will. Mostly had chips and guacamole for the appetizers they where fine mostly the chips where kinda heard and the guacamole was alright. Had a cup of chili that was my substitute for a salad that it was a small bowl of it that has beans in it that mostly in Texas that they clam that real chili has no beans in it. Main thing had was the gulf fried shrimp that where pretty big portions even the gulf shrimp was pretty big it was really shrimp mostly fried shrimp as will. Had fries as my side with it. Mostly do have specials on endless shrimp and fish on a certain night. Mostly where a bit pricey do get plenty for what you get that is the reason why it is popular that is some place to go in South Padre Island for sea food or steak. For Blackbeards 1 out of 5 I give it a 4 out of 5.
