Independent Food Critic Main Street Cafe (Louisville, Ne)

Was over in Louisville it is a small old town in Nebraska. Ate at Main Street Cafe where it's a old time place to eat. Had their Louisville slugger. It is a double cheese burger had it with fries. It was alright pretty small taste like the burgers that had been cooked on the grill. Even doe the one's I was with. Theirs looked a lot better then what I got. Not really the best place but something for locals to go in a town like that. Well be something to go back their when I am in Louisville. Probably well get something different. For Main Street Cafe 1 out of 5 I give it a 3 out of 5. This happened to be the first Independent Food Critic review of this month of May Of this year. Well be doing more post soon. Remember something I am my own food Critic and for now keep on eating!

Independent Food Critic: Epic Buffet at Hollywood Casino

Today from now at ate Epic Buffet over at Hollywood Casino over at the speedway right next to the race track in Kansas City, Kansas. It was the night for lobster. You had to order the lobster to get the lobster. Had about 5 lobster tails mostly the part I like. The lobsters was good where really big. Mostly the other things they got where not really not that good. Pretty much like Isle of Capri buffet a bit better. Mostly was the lobsters was the best part. Are crustaceans the bugs of the sea. The other things had where fried chicken breast, Fried Shrimp, Roll, Pretzel stick mostly at a buffet get a bit much. It's pretty much worth it even doe get a 4 tickets for each lobster. It's going to be one of the place's well go vary rarely. Get more then what you get at Red Lobster 1 out of 5 I give it a 3 out of 5. Well be doing more post soon. Independent Food Critic: Arthur Bryant's Barbeque (Kansas City)

This is the first day of the month and first Independent Food Critic review of this month. Just only did a thew things last month. Today from now ate at Arthur Bryant's in Kansas City, Ks over by Legends. One of the only three locations of Arthur Bryant's the original place is in a old part of KC, Mo. Had some celebrity's that ate at that one such as Steven Spielberg. Did ate at the one once 5 years ago. The one at Legends is in a better building. It is one of the most notice BBQ place in Kansas City. What I had was their Pit sandwich mostly something for their specials in most of the BBQ place in Kansas City with different kinds of meat mix in with beef, pork and chicken. Loaf of bread on the bottom had a side of fires. The meat was not really that good same with their BBQ sauces. Fries are good home cooked. Meat dose not really have the best way that's been cooked. It's one of the traditional BBQ place and this one as Soul food BBQ. Even Rather go for Famous Dave's BBQ and Papa Bobs over in Bonner Springs, Ks. Still not really any rush to come back to. Makes me go Vegetarian. APRIL FOOLS! (since it's that day posting this review). For Arthur Bryant's 1 out of 5 I give it a 2 out of 5. Sorry but one the best known BBQ place's in Kansas City. Is not really that good. More post's well be out soon. Remember something I am my own food Critic and for now Keep on eating!

None for the Chili Bomb Pie where any type of pizza Pepperoni is the most used type top with chili cheese tater tots. This time did not had the Chili Bomb pie. Had another thing they are known for South Philly Cheese steak sandwich. Had a whole sandwich with cheese wiz and their hot sauce it was good. Has real beef sirloin steak. Pretty big sandwich. Need bit more meat. Did not had fries for my side or any thing as a side. The prices are a bit dissent. Not really any place to make a long trip back. Just some place to go for lunch if you are in that part of KC. Philly might be pretty good for KC. Probably not like one's in Philadelphia. 1 out of 5 I give it a 4 out of 5. Let you know this is the first review I did of this month of March of this year. (Also let you know the Outback Steakhouse and Backfire BBQ over at Legends that did reviews on are now closed)  Remember something I am my own food critic for now keep on eating!

Independent Food Critic: Chicken Ranch Quesadillas recipe

This is the first post of March of this year from now. It is one of the thew recipe one's well do rarely. Haven't did this kind for 5 years from now. Telling you how to make Chicken Ranch Quesadillas.

Things you need

*Flour Tortillas

*Shredded Cheddar Cheese

*Chicken breast strips

*Ranch dressing

First take the Pre-cooked chicken breast strips place about 9 on a microwave. For what ever it says how long for. While that's beaning cooked. Take a flour Tortilla put some cheddar cheese. After when your chicken breast are cooked. My want to cut them a bit if you got bigger pieces place the chicken breast on top of the cheese. Add the ranch dressing after that add more of the cheddar cheese. Top it off with another flour tortilla. Then pre-heat your Quesadilla maker after when it's been pre-heat place the Quesadilla in it until you think it looks down. Then take the Quesadilla out of the maker. Let it cool for a bit. Cute it into 4 or 5 pieces. then you can add ranch dressing for dipping. This is just how I tell it the best. But every body has it's own way of fixing it. You can fin this at a Chili's with bacon and ranch a chose between steak or chicken. For now keep on eating!
