Independent Food Critic: Mikel Mays Beachside Bar and Grill (Corpus Christi, Tx)

This is the 4th review of the month on the last day of January of this year that got a place by the gulf over in Corpus Christi, Texas that is on the hill pier by a beach that has a view of the gulf. The place is good to eat that is something has fresh sea food and burgers to eat at the pier. Had their Fish and Gulf shrimp it was good that has big size shrimp even the fish was good. Mostly fried and breaded not to much of that fishy taste as will. Had a thing with fries as well it is a place for some sea food and burgers on pier by the gulf to eat at if you are in Corpus Christi on the Bob Hill Pier it is something to eat ate and it is close to where we are camp as will for now. Had a Big Red Soda that is mostly like the Barqs Red Cream Soda as will. For Mikel May's Beachside Bar and Grill 1 out of 5 I give it a 4 out of 5.

Be doing some more reviews even on the RV trip in Texas still like to go to a BBQ place for Beef Brisket, Steak house, Some Mexican/Tex Mex food and Chicken Fried Steak are some of the things I want in Texas that I will get some reviews on them as will. For now keep on eating and viewing!

Independent Food Critic: Rainforest Cafe

 

This is my 3rd review for the month of January that today from now that we had ate at Rainforest Cafe a tourist theme restraint with a Rainforest theme that has animatronic animals. That is similar to what T-Rex Cafe that used to be over at Legends Outlet. We had ate at the one over at the Riverwalk in San Antonio Texas. Had a frozen raspberry lemonade with light up cups. The food was find their has a decent portions of it. I had a BBQ bacon burger with fries. It was good a bit better then T-Rex Cafe. Mostly the Frozen raspberry lemonade was mostly berry ice. It is a tourist place to go to bring kids their. For Rainforest Cafe.  1 out of 5 I give it a 4 out of 5.

More reviews on will be published soon still want to go to a BBQ place sometime in Texas for it's beef brisket. For now keep on eating and viewing.

Independent Food Critic Dickinson Seafood (Dickson, TX)

Got another review in for the month of January that right now I am in Texas that I just had ate at a Sea food place over in Dickson, Tx. Not to far from Houston that it is mostly a local place where it looks like where a Burger King was there before. Started off with a Sea food gumbo that was exstra by cost it was pretty good that had big chunks of shrimp and fish with a side of rice. The main thing I had was the 6 shrimp and 6 crawfish tails and exstra fries the coleslaw or a salad. The shrimp was decent size and the Crawfish tails was small mostly what it is that they where both fried. It was really fine and more better off with it's catfish at that place it is something for locals to go for fish and other types of Sea food. For Dickson Seafood 1 out of 5 I give it a 4 out of 5.  More posts and reviews soon some time soon would want to go for some beef brisket since we are in Texas after all. Independent Food Critic: Riverpark Pub and Eatery (Parkville, Mo)

It is the first review in 2020 and a January one after all had ate at the Riverpark Pub and Eatery that is over in Parkville Mo that is in the area by the university that is a place for mostly locals to come by to have something to eat hang out and watch the Chiefs game. It was my 2nd time at that place had the Riverpark burger with Swiss and with fries that the burger was pretty good mostly it is the Riverpark sauce is what it suppose to make it what it is that it is a red sweet sauce need a bit more of it that the burger was fine not really know if it was really beef since they also had a black bean burger their. Their fries and crispy and good. That the serves was the one person take care of after all. It is something to stop by when I am at Parkville Mo for a burger or something else to eat. It is something for locals can go and even the University students can come by and have TV's showing sports games on them. For Riverpark Pub and Eatery 1 out of 5 I give it a 4 out of 5.

Independent Food Critic: Meaty Monday Meatballs

Swedish Meatball at IKEA

It is Monday where I share something meaty that I had not did a Meaty Monday for a long time it is on meatballs meat mostly roll up in a ball that dose have them mostly beef, pork, maybe chicken and turkey and even vegetarian. This is Meaty Monday not Meatless Mondays for the Veg. Meatballs had it's different types of international mostly well known for Italian that have them top on spaghetti by Italian immigrants mostly in Italy that meat balls are it's own meal. Also they have them as subs or grinders by calling them that. Have a Swedish take on them by calling them Swedish meatballs that is served at a IKEA Cafe top with gravy on them. Also that meat balls can be cook with BBQ sauce and grape jelly. Also can be served in soup. Cut up as a pizza topping and even their is a Asian take of them as will. Mostly meat balls are all ways a well known thing with balls of meat mostly like them with spaghetti after all. More post's soon will be publish and For now keep on eating!     

My New Years Revolutions 2020

This is the first post of the year 2020 that are some New Years Revolutions I am sitting up on myself that more times that New Years Revolution's are promise to keep that I am not really good at keeping them that long try to do the best most of us that are not good at keeping them after all such as going on a diet and quit smoking that I am never really a smoke at all. Those are some things I have that I am trying to improve on myself with.

To be a better person as I can

Focus more a head then in think way to much of my past

Work out more at the YMCA

Not say much of negative things on Social Media 

Not to compare myself to other things

Those are some things I have for my revolutions that their is eating healthy that I need to do that is hard on me as will not really much by doing that after all. Remember back in 6th grade had did a assignment to write down a New Years revolution that I say setting around watching TV and eating chips as my New Years Revolution that the teacher wanted me to right down a real one. Do what I can to make some of those revolution as I can that I am not really perfect on doing them after all. You probably have some that you are doing any way to approve on your self in the New Year. Have a Happy New Year in the year 2020.
